Erin worked on Wall Street when pregnancy was hidden and pay was secret. As a thought leader and
frequent speaker on the topic of gender equity, Erin inspires audiences to take action and create
change in their communities and organizations.

Erin leads Poker Power, a PEAK6 company, with a mission to teach one million women how to play
the game…the game of poker and the game of life. Learning how to think, strategize, negotiate and
allocate capital, like a winning poker player, translates to leadership skills that help women succeed
from the classroom to the board room. One hundred million people play poker; fewer than 10% are
women. Poker Power is changing that.

Prior to joining Poker Power, Erin was the Strategic Advisor to Evil Geniuses, a legendary esports
team. Erin was a Vice President at JP Morgan Private Bank. Based in Chicago, she oversaw key
client relationships with UHNW families and family-owned enterprises. She served as an independent
director on the boards of Marbles: The Brain Store and Roomlinx as well as a board advisor for Money
20/20 Rise Up.

Additionally, she worked as an adjunct instructor at Whitworth University teaching Strategy to MBA
students. For eight years, she led N. Idaho XC, an elite cross country team where she coached 20
All-American athletes and two National champions.

Erin’s recent speaking engagements include TEDx, Money 20/20 USA, Monaco Positive Impact
Summit, Future Business Leaders of America, Galvanize/Fairy Godboss, Prime Global Women’s
Leadership Summit, WNET Leadership Summit, and AWS Women’s Summit.

Erin received her MBA in Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and her BA in
English from Bates College. Erin lives near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with her two teenage daughters and
enjoys alpine skiing, scuba diving, running and spectating Formula 1
